Some equipments or materials for shooting location in Seoul will need to pass though customs clearance, SFC recommends the ATA Carnet system.
"arnet" is French and means a certification.
This is a no customs duties certification.
The ATA Carnet, fast system, is for counties that are party to an agreement to aid in the customs process.
This system eliminates complicated customs documents and deposits, which are needed for temporary, import or export goods as bonded forwarding.
Therefore, when using ATA Carnet additional documents are not needed, and there are no custom tax, vat, or deposit given to the customs department of the imported country.
If you use ATA Carnet, you easily pass the customs clearance with other member nations that are party to the agreement.

If you bring and use materials that will return to the country of origin, such as commercial samples, professional equipments for fairs or exhibitions, the materials can be used without limit.

No crops, food, dangerous articles, consumption goods, etc., materials that quickly decompose, instant material or import prohibited goods are not included.

INo extensions of validity date after issue, maximum term is one year.

Even though it is in validity date and set re-export term by the customs, it must be re-exported in the date.
